<h2>The Eureka Prize</h2> <p>In 2010, a student documentary about the discovery of X-rays by German Nobel Laureate Professor Wilhelm Röntgen won the prestigious 2010 ‘Sleek Geek’ Eureka Prize for science communication.</p> <p>The film-making project is part of CXS’s outreach program in which six students from St Helena Secondary College in Eltham created a three minute documentary film <i>Röntgen: A Bright Spark.</i></p> <p><i></i>The project was funded by CXS and the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) and developed and delivered by the CXS node at La Trobe University.</p>
